E500 PROGRAM |

Mechanics: |

Enroll in the program so that your name will be entered in our monitoring sheet |
| |
- |
For every 5 direct recruits that will attend the Business Opportunity Meeting (BOM) in the branch with kit purchase, you will receive P500.00 |
| |
- |
For BOM outside the branch, Dakki Customer Service Representative will validate those who will sign as member during the activity. There will be a one week lead-time to submit forms for those who are included in the program based on the attendance sheet |
| |
- |
The P500.00 will be released every 15th of the following month simultaneous with the release of the rebates |
| |
- |
Only kits purchased within the promo period are included in the program. All registration forms will be stamped with “E500” for control purposes |
| |
- |
Registration form under the E500 enrollment program must be filled up completely with ID picture. |
| |
|
| |
Promo period is from April 1 until May 31, 2012 only. |

SATURDAY B.O.M. BLITZ |

- to maximize the recruitment 2 sessions will be conducted every Saturday. |
| |
|
1st session: 2:00-4:00 p.m.
2nd sesion: 6:00-8:00 p.m. |

- the branch will serve snacks and refreshments for attendees. |

It's our pleasure to inform our Dakki Consultant (D.C.) that we are launching “Dakki Consultant Negosyo Package” with the purpose of helping our small dealers or Dakki Consultants to start and establish their dakki business. |

Open to all new & old Dakki Consultant (DC) members. |
| |

For every Approved Application all DC members can avail this program. The Maximum Credit Limit is P5,000.00 net purchases. Upon purchased of any Dakki products for whatsoever amount under the Maximum Credit Limit, the DC members need to pay half of the amount purchased in order to avail this program.
Example: If the Approved DC members purchased P1,000.00 net purchases he/she need to pay P500.00 (half the amount of purchased). |

Cash or Credit Card with 30 days terms. (Note: 22% discount for Regular items. No rebates for partial payment). |

To become a member of this program you need to submit the following requirements: |

* 2 pcs. 2”x2” pictures
* 2 Valid Government ID’s
* Proof of Billing (or Returned Address Envelope)
* Barangay Clearance |

Register and purchase to any Dakki Branches Nationwide. (Note: all registered DC in Metro Manila may purchase products within any Metro Manila Branches only. Applicable only for this program). |

The Approving person for the application of DC members for this program is the Branch Operations Manager (or Branch Operation Supervisor if no assigned BOM in the Branch), but the posting & monitoring of Credit Line is in the DCCI Head Office (Finance Department-Credit & Collection). Cut-off period until 5pm. Acceptance of transaction beyond 5pm will be released on the following day. |
